Two-Year Warranty

1. The two-year warranty applies to products purchased from https://www.shengmilo-bikes.com/ to guard against all manufacturing defects. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner and original product. (All complimentary accessories are not covered under the warranty service).

2. When the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store, the warranty will automatically be registered, and it applies only to the original owner and original product.

3. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and does not include electric bicycles purchased from unauthorized sources. To avail the warranty, you must present the receipt as proof of purchase and verify the name and address along with any other information submitted for the purchase.

Note: Electric bicycles are not to be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Minor riders must be accompanied by parents or adults during riding.

Note: Stolen bicycles are not covered under the warranty. We advise you to purchase high-quality locks to protect your bicycle when not in use.

Covered Products

1. Original equipment and/or non-consumable parts deemed defective, at Shengmilo's discretion, will be repaired or replaced within two (2) years from the original purchase date.

1.1 Battery
Shengmilo batteries come with a 1-year warranty. Defective batteries will be repaired with spare parts free of charge within the first year of service. Battery repairs are warranted to the date of original purchase and batteries can only be evaluated directly by Shengmilo for defects.

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Wear and tear of consumable parts requiring regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand lights, LCD displays, pedals, cranks, motors, saddles, shifters), subject to expected wear associated with normal use, and is not covered under normal wear and tear warranties. (2) Defects or damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or similar activities not intended for the product), improper storage, exposure to liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or mechanical stress.

(3) Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by Shengmilo.

(4) Products with serial numbers or barcodes removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or difficult to identify;

(5) Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral devices not provided or approved by Shengmilo with the product.

(6) Defects or damages caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner different from assembly instructions and user manuals.

(7) Defects or damages caused by external factors such as collisions, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper power use.

一. How to apply for warranty?

Shengmilo warranty claims can be fulfilled by submitting mail (please tell us your order order number), which is required to replace parts under warranty. This is done through the contact page on our website and requires your order number. Support tickets allow direct contact with our certified mechanics via email. After submitting a ticket, you will receive a response within 48 hours. As part of the warranty process, you may be required to perform tests and send footage to a mechanic so they can diagnose the problem and provide the best solution. An example of this would be testing a battery with a voltmeter and submitting a picture of the result via email. Shengmilo will assess your case and guide you through any testing we may require.


A) What will we do?
If a component is deemed defective or damaged without user error, we will issue a replacement part. We will replace any parts deemed damaged during shipping. We can also authorize reimbursement for repairs at local bike shops if determined by a Shengmilo mechanic. Any unauthorized repairs or alterations are not covered by the warranty. Any unauthorized alterations to the bike will also void the warranty.

B) What won't we do?
Shengmilo will not replace any part without first seeing a photo or video of the damaged part. We will not provide warranty service for second vehicle owners. We will not replace any parts damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third-party service or part replacement unless agreed prior to repair. If the owner uses his own shipping service, Shengmilo will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. For more information, please review our Returns Policy.

二. What electronic components will we guarantee and the duration of the guarantee?

Electrical components :Motor, controller, battery, charger, electric throttle, pedal assist sensor are guaranteed for 6 months, Display instrument warranty for 12 months.

basic parts:Frame warranty 12 months, flywheel warranty 3 months.

Consumable parts:Tires and brakes are wearing parts and are not covered by the warranty

When the product is abnormal, please contact customer service as soon as possible, we will be happy to solve the problem for you.

Do not disassemble it by yourself, so that the engineering department cannot correctly assess the failure.
We will deny all warranties for unauthorized modification or disassembly.

三. Warranty Conditions

Our mechanics are directly responsible for warranty information. They are more than happy to work with you on the terms shown below.

This warranty applies only to the original owner of Shengmilo. This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of defective parts at Shengmilo's sole discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally designed or not compatible with the sale incompatible bikes, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper subsequent maintenance. An entire replacement bike will only be issued in extreme cases. In this case, the original bicycle must be sent to Shengmilo's factory for inspection/repair before sending out the new bike. If it can be fixed, it may not always be possible to send out a new bike.

This warranty does not cover accessories, consumables or normal wear and tear parts. Shengmilo IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, FAULT OR LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED SERVICING OR USE OF UNAUTHORIZED COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Shengmilo BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR PRODUCT LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS.

For situations where the warranty policy may not apply, Shengmilo may charge a minimum service fee and replacement parts fee. All exchanges are limited to one per item. All separate shipping charges for warranty purposes must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Shengmilo is not responsible for lost inbound packages. Shengmilo may void the warranty where applicable. Shengmilo reserves the right to update and modify its warranty at any time. Notice of these changes may or may not be provided.

All accessories will not be involved in replacement or compensation if they are scratched or lost during transportation.
Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims within 7 days of receiving the product.
