Return & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY 

Please read the following carefully to understand our return and restocking fee policy that applies to all e-bikes sold on www.shengmilo-eubikes.com.

(Please note: keep the original box, do not damage the box for future returns)
We allow you to return any electric bike in a brand new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 180 EUR to partially cover our delivery costs. For all returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we delivered the wrong item, sent the wrong address, and shipped a duplicate order. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you originally used. Return Policy - Contact our customer service via email at services@shengmilo-eubikes.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photographic proof that the item is in good condition. To return a bike free of defects or damage, the bike case must be in good condition, the bike's odometer must be less than 5 kilometers (3 miles), free of wear, dust, dirt, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be in good condition with the one you received The packaging and condition are the same and must include everything in the box (chargers, keys, tools, pump gifts, etc.).

All accessories are non-refundable once received.
Important: For items that arrive damaged or defective, you must provide video and photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or faulty. If the customer refuses or fails to send photos/videos of the purported faulty/damaged item, this return will be considered "buyer's remorse" and it is the customer's sole responsibility to return it, the customer is also susceptible to a 15% restocking fee and The impact of any shipping charges paid by the seller. If the customer claims that the item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide evidence before returning it, without exception, by emailing services@shengmilo-eubikes.com to submit pictures/videos for your return request. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Before sending the returned item

For returns, please contact our customer service at services@shengmilo-eubikes.com to request a return. You will need to provide us with pictures and videos to demonstrate that the e-bike is still in acceptable condition.

Shipping Returned Electric Bikes: Once your return request has been approved, please do not ship your electric bikes to the warehouse until you have received the correct shipping address from our customer service. As the return address may be different from our shipping or storage address. For the return address, please contact our customer service at services@shengmilo-eubikes.com.


After the goods are arranged to be returned

Please send us a notification after shipping the returned item and provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the electric bike, we will either replace the item or give you a refund, which usually takes about 3 business days.

Rejected Shipments - Flat Fee

If you cancel your order or refuse to ship after we have shipped it (you have received the tracking number), we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of EUR 180 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will return your order to us and refund the purchase price minus 180 EUR to your original payment method.

Returns of the following items will not be accepted: All accessories (including parts such as bags, tires, rear mounts, etc.); overused items in accordance with the above policy.

Reservations and cancellations

For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There is no delay in receiving payments, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

You can cancel your order by sending an email to services@shengmilo-eubikes.com or by contacting us through our live customer service. Cancellations will not be confirmed until you hear back from our customer support team.

Due to the speed at which we process orders (as fast as possible), we will attempt but cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders you place on the spot. Once you place an order, we cannot make changes to the order, including model or color reasons, once the e-bike has shipped. Please choose carefully and contact our team for guidance to ensure you choose the right item.

Card processing fee. If you ask us to cancel an order after we have withdrawn funds from your credit/debit card (or after we have withdrawn funds from your PayPal account), we will deduct 5% from your refund to cover the merchant card Processing fees, do not reinstate when we refund canceled orders.
